Sourceability is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to design, build, maintain, and improve internal software platforms. This role will work across backend services, frontend applications, APIs, integrations, databases, testing, and production support.

This is a hands-on engineering role working hybrid from our Guadalajara, Mexico office. The engineer will collaborate with Product/Delivery Managers, QA, DevOps, and Architects to deliver reliable software and address technical debt.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on experience in .NET / C# and ASP.NET Core or similar Microsoft-based backend technologies.
• Strong frontend development experience using Angular; knowledge of other modern JS/TS frameworks is a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases and data access concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/C# on the backend and modern web technologies on the frontend.
• Build and maintain APIs, services, and data-driven features; ensure security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product/Delivery Managers, QA, DevOps, and Architects on technical design and delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and contribute to production support and defect resolution.
