Support Services Group, a U.S.-based CX solutions provider, is seeking an experienced .NET Backend Developer for a remote role within Mexico. You will design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and API development.

Key responsibilities include implementing data access with EF Core, documenting RESTful interfaces with Swagger/OpenAPI, and contributing to microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years backend dev with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Strong ASP.NET Core, Web API, and EF Core.
• Experience with RESTful API design and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Solid OOP and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with unit testing (xUnit/NUnit).
• Experience with async programming, DI, and middleware.
• Know-how of authentication/authorization concepts (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID).
• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#/.NET Core.
• Build and document RESTful APIs for internal/external use.
• Implement data access with EF Core.
• Write clean, testable code following best practices and patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production/development issues.
• Integrate with third-party APIs ensuring reliability.
• Contribute to microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
