Qualifications

• Formal education in design, animation, motion graphics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in motion design, animation or related creative roles.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Produce motion design, animation and video assets for global marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging visual storytelling through typography, animation, compositing and transitions.
• Develop scalable motion design solutions for multiple markets and channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts into polished motion content.
• Design and animate branded assets aligned with visual identity standards.
• Create motion systems, templates and reusable assets for teams.
• Interpret complex products and ideas into compelling visuals.
• Support video productions with animation, overlays and post-production edits.
• Synchronise music and sound design to motion content to enhance pacing and tone.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve workflow and output quality.
• Maintain high craft standards and contribute to motion design best practices.
