BairesDev is seeking a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer to drive the quality strategy for our mobile and web applications. You will champion robust automation practices to ensure releases are reliable and performant.

This role is 100% remote with flexible hours. You will work with iOS and Android, WebdriverIO, Appium, XCTest/XCUITest and Espresso/UI Automator, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Mobile Testing.
• Proven expertise in native mobile application testing for iOS and Android.
• Strong hands-on experience with Webdriver IO and Appium.
• Proficiency with native test automation frameworks like XCTest / XCUITest and Espresso / UI Automator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for native mobile and web applications.
• Author, execute, and debug highly reliable automated test scripts to maximize test coverage.
• Implement robust testing strategies across various physical devices, simulators, and mobile device farms.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback and rapid deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to align on quality standards and track defect metrics.
