Job summary

Mroads in Mexico City is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer specializing in Mobile DevOps to lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines for native iOS and Android applications.

The ideal candidate has over 12 years in DevOps, with 4–5 years in a technical leadership role, strong hands-on experience with mobile build automation, signing, testing, and deployment, and advanced English (C1). Hybrid work model with three days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall DevOps experience.
• 4–5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on Mobile DevOps for iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on macOS and Linux.
• Familiar with App Store and Google Play submission and releases.
• Strong English proficiency (C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines for native iOS and Android apps.
• Hands-on build automation, signing, testing and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Oversee release processes for mobile platforms (App Store/Play Store).
