Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, and develop/modify applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development: analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation; provide user and operational support to business users.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes and industry standards, and provide solutions.
• Recommend and implement security measures in post-implementation analyses to ensure system design and functionality.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues; propose advanced programming solutions and assist client exposure systems.
• Assist in defining operating standards and procedures; act as SME to stakeholders and team members; operate with limited supervision.
