The Senior Materials Planner is responsible for managing the supply of materials to ensure the smooth running of production operations for specific large key customers. He/she manages raw material inventories, providing least cost supply chain solutions while maximizing customer satisfaction. The Senior Materials Planner will drive improvement in service KPIs through the identification, creation, and alignment within the material planning span of control. They are critical to delivering supply chain productivity initiatives and service improvement through materials oversight, advanced analytics and strong project management principles. This position reports to the Sourcing Program and Materials Manager and the role is located in the Matamoros, Tamaulipas Plant.
