We are seeking a highly skilled and strategicSenior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our analytics efforts, with a focus on both web analytics and marketing analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and reporting to enhance website performance, user engagement, and on-site conversions. Additionally, they will be responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting and insights on paid media efforts across search, paid social, and display channels.

In this role you will:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and on-site conversions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize user engagement and enhance overall website experience.
  • Build and maintain the foundation and structure for our GA and GTM instances to ensure consistency and clarity in metrics and reporting
  • Develop and document signals for how we identify and filter our bot attacks from reporting
  • Consistently work across multiple teams, including web, digital, marketing operations and revenue operations, to ensure that marketing data is accurate and reliable.
  • Develop and manage the digital target model to measure pacing and goals
  • Create and maintain regular reports on key web analytics metrics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web analytics efforts with broader business goals and share the “story” and insights of what’s working and not
  • Provide reporting and insights on paid media efforts, including search, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the business and paid media teams to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards in Tableau, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web and marketing analytics.
