Job summary

TE Connectivity plc is seeking an experienced technician to manufacture and assemble products, troubleshoot complex equipment, and maintain production processes at the Hermosillo facility. The role requires coordination of calibration, preventive maintenance, and supervision of junior technicians to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
• Operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products and overseeing the work of more junior technicians.
• Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement; providing quality control and in-process production testing.
