Prattwhitney in Mexicali is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to implement inspection and maintenance processes, ensure optimal machinery performance, and lead reliability initiatives. You will respond to breakdowns, calibrate equipment, and maintain detailed maintenance records to prevent recurring issues.
The role requires strong English communication, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in high-complexity manufacturing environments.
Formación
- University degree in engineering; minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English and ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain and implement inspection and maintenance processes to ensure equipment performance.
- Repair, calibrate, and maintain production equipment to meet specifications.
- Respond to emergencies to minimize production disruptions.
- Lead maintenance programs and maintain detailed records for problem prevention.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with cross-functional teams.
