Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence within M&A contexts.
• Proven experience in financial due diligence projects including QoE reviews.
• Experience working with corporate clients and private equity funds.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct external information analysis and data processing.
• Perform financial and strategic analysis including KPI calculations.
• Lead and guide junior analysts in project execution.
