The Senior Manager, NOLA Deliver Operations will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across our supply chain systems. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement technologies that enhance performance, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value across the organization.

In addition, the position will support the development and execution of a Deliver strategy for the NOLA cluster—which includes Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica—aligned with global Deliver and business objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing operating mechanisms and performance goals, standardizing metrics and reporting, strengthening relationships with 3PLs and internal partners, and driving initiatives that improve customer value across the cluster. The position will be located at Mexico City hybrid model.

Responsibilities
  • Controls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements.
  • Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions.
  • Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
  • Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues.
  • Integrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Seven years of experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical and/or consumer goods companies
  • Five years of experience directly leading teams
  • Experience in Distribution & Transportation; Experience with Power Point, Excel, Power Bi, and SAP
  • Supply Chain & Logistics certification would be an advantage
  • Physical location of the position: Mexico City
