Senior Logistics Coordinator

The objective of this role is to oversee national last mile logistics operations for e-commerce delivery, ensuring efficient and high-quality parcel deliveries through a new operational model with third-party logistics vendors across Mexico. This position ensures timely delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in alignment with business growth and delivery service standards.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Manage regional logistics providers responsible for national parcel pickup and delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and monitoring on-time delivery performance.
• Operational Execution: Supervise daily order dispatch, tracking, and delivery performance through digital dashboards and coordinate escalation and resolution of delivery issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement & Cost Efficiency: Identify process optimization opportunities, propose cost-saving initiatives, and support the implementation of new delivery models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven vendor management experience and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of last mile and e-commerce logistics.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in logistics or transportation management with at least 2 years in e-commerce last mile or parcel delivery.
