Job summary

Pacvue is establishing a Mexico City hub with fully remote start and a future hybrid schedule. We are seeking Mexico City-based candidates who will own client relationships and drive growth across retail media platforms.

You will deliver paid search and display strategies, provide annual and ongoing budget recommendations, and report on advertising effectiveness. The role requires the ability to dive into data, develop actionable plans, and present them to senior leaders to gain alignment across

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in e-commerce sales and/or digital marketing.
• Self-starter with ownership, collaboration, and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the client relationship and deliver against objectives.
• Develop strategic growth plans and secure client alignment.
• Measure strategy efficacy with regular KPI reporting and audits.
• Create retail media plans and budgets to drive traffic and sales.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and benchmarking.
