Jobtailor seeks an experienced regulatory affairs professional to lead LATAM API regulatory strategy for the US market, based in Mexico. You will develop landscape analyses, advocacy plans, and coordinate a LATAM Regulatory Week with USP Rockville, engaging Heads of Agencies and senior regulators to align scientific priorities and strengthen relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, science, politics, law or relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible regulatory/public policy experience in Mexico and/or LATAM.
• 5+ years building relationships with key stakeholders in external affairs in pharma/medical technology, healthcare NGO, or public health institutions.
• Experience interacting with government policy/regulatory bodies on scientific and regulatory topics.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a landscape analysis of API opportunities and barriers for US market in Mexico.
• Develop an advocacy plan to remove policy barriers and create incentives for API manufacturing in Mexico for the US market.
• Collaborate with USP Rockville to execute a LATAM Regulatory Week with Heads of Agencies at LATAM NRAs.
• Align USP scientific perspectives with LATAM regulatory priorities.
• Strengthen relationships with senior regulatory decision-makers.
• Provide regulators with tools and resources to support higher standards enforcement.
