Job summary

The Adecco Group in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team. The role focuses on Java and React, backend services, and cloud-native architectures in AWS/GCP.

You will collaborate with local and partner teams, design scalable solutions, and ensure security and performance across REST/GraphQL services, Kafka streams, and DevOps pipelines. Remote/home-office option stated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong English proficiency (B2/C1/C2) and communication.
• 5+ years in Java/React full-stack development.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, REST/GraphQL in Java/Spring Boot.
• Backend expert with security-conscious coding and system design exposure.
• Exposure to IT concepts, trends and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java and React full‑stack applications.
• Design and collaborate with local and partner teams.
• Test scenarios and ensure quality standards.
• Identify performance issues and apply secure coding practices.
• Understand IT concepts and trends as they relate to the discipline.
• Own backend, frontend, data engineering, DevOps and support stacks.
