We are seeking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Location: This position is temporarily remote within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area; however, a return-to-office model will be implemented soon.

**Candidates residing outside Guadalajara must be available and willing to relocate immediately**

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in:
