EPAM Systems Inc. is hiring a Senior Java Developer with an AI background to deliver dependable, scalable backend services for innovation-led initiatives.

You will work with Java Core, Java 8, Spring Boot, REST, SQL, Microservice Architecture, CI/CD, and Unit Testing, supporting cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Responsibilities include planning scalable solutions, contributing to architectural reviews, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3 years of practical Java development experience.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and how to apply them to engineering tasks.
Proven production experience with Java 8 features.
Experience building backend services with Spring Boot.

Aufgaben

Plan and implement scalable backend solutions for long-lived projects.
Contribute to architectural reviews and influence solution structure.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Review code and coach junior developers to raise engineering standards.
Document critical technical decisions and implementation approaches.
