Nestlé IT & Digital Americas in Mexico City is seeking a Sr Functional Relationship Manager ITP to connect business objectives with IT solutions. You will lead collaboration between business and IT, prioritize需求, and ensure security, compliance, and governance across global roadmaps.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, English communication across levels, and experience in product-based IT environments within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including business analysis or project management.
• Experience in product-based IT organizations and fast-paced environments.
• Experience communicating in English across different organizational levels and with virtual teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, governance, and challenges.
• Lead regular interactions between business and IT teams to maintain alignment and collaboration.
• Connect business objectives with IT products, platforms, and services to deliver measurable value.
• Manage demand and prioritize requirements with Product and Platform Owners and Managers.
• Coordinate integration, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across local and global roadmaps.
• Identify dependencies, assess risks, create mitigation plans, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Participate in IT and business governance processes, supporting investment prioritization, vendor performance, and CAPEX/OPEX and Total Cost of Ownership management.
• Prioritize business-impacting issues and coordinate communication during major incidents.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, risk management, and business continuity requirements.
• Promote innovation, product adoption, collaboration, and alignment with Nestlé’s IT vision and business priorities.
