Placements24 is seeking an experienced Wind Energy Senior Production Engineer to join our client in Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will oversee wind farm operations, optimize performance, and lead maintenance planning across multiple sites.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, a minimum of seven years in renewable energy, and strong proficiency with SCADA and wind turbine optimization. Spanish fluency is essential; English knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 7+ years in renewable energy, with wind operations focus.
• Experience in wind turbine performance optimization.
• Proficiency with SCADA and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize energy output and minimize downtime.
