A global leader in enterprise software is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to engage with customers and ensure successful project implementation of technical solutions. This role demands fluency in English and Spanish, a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication. This position is open to individuals willing to travel internationally with a preference for programming experience in Python.

Formación

• Willingness to travel internationally; USA VISA is highly beneficial.

Senior Implementation Analyst – Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers—either on-site or remotely—post-sale through installation and implementation.
• Configure technical solutions for customers and ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain product knowledge and answer client questions on product functionality and usage.
• Provide feedback to development and other groups as needed.
• Support technical presentations and product demonstrations, and conduct customer training.
• Relate the Company’s products to specific disciplines and guide customers during definition and implementation of solutions.
• Read, understand, and adjust Python code as required.
• Test and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems while providing technical support and guidance during project execution phases.
• Construct and provide project documentation for all assigned projects (e.g., Site Completion & Installation Report, functional requirements, design documents, lessons learned).
• Create technical documents with assistance from senior consultants.
• Identify and document technical issues and coordinate internal processes.
• Gain knowledge on multiple solutions and implement j5 solutions for customers.
• May work on pre‑sales activities.
• Conduct tasks and assignments under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Electrical), Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Science.
• Minimum 2 years of relative experience, preferably with process industry exposure.
• Strong academic and non‑academic record, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Excellent teamwork, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally; USA VISA highly beneficial.
• Programming experience (Python or similar) is greatly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of multiple solutions and ability to implement j5 solutions.
