A leading HR solutions provider in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Specialist HR Systems to lead the configuration and deployment of HR solutions, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business stakeholders, ensuring systems meet HR needs and enhancing overall HR efficiency. With minimum 5 years of relevant experience, the role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and expertise in system configuration and data management. This full-time position offers dynamic challenges within a global environment.

Formación

  • Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, and Learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to create scalable system solutions.
  • Train global users with HRIS materials and documentation.
