The successful candidate will collaborate with various business stakeholders, ensuring systems meet HR needs and enhancing overall HR efficiency. With minimum 5 years of relevant experience, the role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and expertise in system configuration and data management. This full-time position offers dynamic challenges within a global environment.

Formación

• Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, and Learning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to create scalable system solutions.
