The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and at least 3 years of professional experience in agencies, with strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. A refined aesthetic and collaborative spirit are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising Design, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within creative, advertising, or marketing agencies.
• Strong experience in advertising, editorial, and digital design.
• Experience editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of branding, visual identity systems, and digital illustration.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and editorial design principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and strong creative problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop creative assets for advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and print media.
• Create brochures, flyers, menus, catalogs, banners, presentations, and other editorial and promotional materials.
• Develop visually compelling graphics and creative concepts for different brands and digital platforms.
• Edit and produce short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, animated typography, visual effects, and other creative elements into video content.
• Contribute to branding projects, visual identity development, and brand applications.
• Create original illustrations, graphic compositions, and custom visual assets.
• Translate creative briefs into innovative visual solutions aligned with each brand's identity and objectives.
• Adapt campaigns and creative assets across multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for digital and print applications.
• Collaborate with Art Managers and cross-functional creative teams to develop and execute projects.
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
