HelloKindred in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a client-side project team. This contract role (3-6 months, with extension potential) focuses on B2B marketing campaigns and creative assets across static and motion formats.

You will work remotely, on-site or hybrid as needed, collaborating closely with the marketing squad to deliver standout visuals. The ideal candidate has proven B2B design excellence, motion capabilities for social, and a proactive, independent work

Job Description

Contract length: 3-6 months to start with potential to extend
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (First few weeks 7-10 hours; afterwards typically 20-30 hours per week)

Our client who is aleader in world-class workforce solutions is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, creative professional who thrives on working independently and thinking outside the box. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as an extension of the team, contributing to impactful B2B marketing campaigns that stand out in a competitive landscape.

What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with themarketing team to design creative assets across paid ads, website elements, digital media, and campaign collateral.
• Develop both static and motion-based content, with a typical output being 50% static designs and 50% motion/animation (e.g., animated GIFs for social media).
• Contribute to creative design concepting for campaigns and working closely with a strategy copywriter to craft bold, standout ideas.
• Challenge briefs constructively and think beyond traditional B2B design approaches to ensure the creative output is engaging and differentiated.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while introducing fresh, innovative perspectives to help the brand evolve.
• Participate in weekly sync-ups with team/team managerto manage workflow and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both traditional and motion-based design work.
• Expertise in creating content for campaigns and demand generation, including paid ads and digital assets.
• Strong skills in motion design/animation, especially for social media.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a flexible schedule to meet project demands.
• A proactive approach to creative challenges, with the confidence to push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Familiarity with Asana, Teams, HubSpot, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Access to your own technology for design work (a client email address will be provided for communications).
• Flexible to participate in global client sync up, meetings and follow ups during varying times in the week (i.e. no set days, an organized team weekly call; available to answer questions during varying times of the day).
