Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and improve secure enterprise network connectivity across global operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment, plus 6+ years of LAN/WAN design and support.

English proficiency and SOX-regulated environment experience are valued. You will design, implement and support LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches and wireless infra, configure IPsec VPNs, diagnose issues, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

6+ years designing, implementing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN.
Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
Experience deploying firewalls, switches and wireless infra in physical/virtual envs.
Strong TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and NAT understanding.
IPsec VPNs, tunnel establishment, authentication, pre-shared keys and troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose issues via captures, logs and network tools.
Experience with network segmentation and secure access controls.
Ability to lead incident resolution and document preventive improvements.
Self-sufficient, service-oriented, with clear communication across teams.
Experience in a SOX-regulated company and supporting a 24x7 global org.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and support enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches and wireless infra.
Configure and troubleshoot secure VPN connectivity including IPsec tunnels and firewall policies.
Diagnose connectivity, latency, packet loss, and availability issues across devices.
Maintain network segmentation and secure traffic flows in coordination with security teams.
Monitor health and performance; investigate alerts and plan improvements for reliability.
Escalate network incidents; coordinate with vendors, and document root causes and actions.
Plan and execute network changes with testing, rollback planning and validation.
Manage device lifecycle, firmware upgrades and documentation.
Collaborate with systems and engineering teams on network requirements.
Maintain diagrams and procedures; mentor staff and share knowledge.
Support connectivity for global operations including remote sites and offices.
