Formación

• 8+ years of experience in business systems, application development, or related IT roles.
• Proven experience as a Functional Lead, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring analysts.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead the software development lifecycle utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Oversee application integration and API management.

• Mentor and guide business analysts for effective teamwork.
