Cognizant in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, AWS Cloud, and GenAI. The ideal candidate should lead architecture decisions and drive scalable AI-enabled digital solutions.

You will mentor engineering teams, define roadmaps, and oversee CI/CD pipelines while delivering robust backend services and responsive UIs for clients.

Formación

• Extensive experience in full-stack development with Node.js and ReactJS.
• Proficient in building REST and GraphQL APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating GenAI / LLM solutions and vector search is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of full-stack and AI-enabled applications.
• Define architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices.
• Build scalable backend services with Node.js and responsive UIs with ReactJS.
• Design GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and vector search.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive cloud-native deployments, performance optimization, security, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
