Responsibilities

Provide technical and design leadership across high impact projects that directly impact business goals.

Set strategic technical directions for your engineering team.

Partner with the designers and product managers to create an engaging and transparent customer experience.

Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as a highly hands on engineer.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.

Influence and mentor a distributed set of engineers

Qualifications and Job Requirements

5+ years of professional experience

Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep understanding of business goals

Exceptional technical design and technical communication skills.

Strong proficiency with one or more programming languages (Typescript / React)

Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful

Able to negotiate trade offs between product and engineering priorities to maximize the business value of engineering effort

Excellent communication skills

Very collaborative environment and participation is important.

Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, or refactoring.

Have experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows or automation.

Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful.
