Zipdev is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join the Product Development Team. This remote LATAM role emphasizes backend work with .NET/C# and a hands-on React frontend, plus AI-enabled features using Claude Code.
You will design, implement, test, and document scalable software, collaborating with product, design, and stakeholder teams for reliable delivery. The position requires 8+ years of experience, strong API, SQL, and architectural skills, and willingness to perform
This position is fully remote with a standard Monday-Friday, 40-hour week - no weekends required. However, it explicitly requires candidates to be based in Latin America, so true location-independent nomadism is constrained to the LATAM region. You cannot work from Europe, Southeast Asia, or other popular nomad hubs without potentially violating the location requirement.
Timezone Considerations: LATAM timezones range from UTC-3 (Brazil) to UTC-7 (Mexico Pacific). Working from within this band gives you flexibility, but you should expect overlap with US business hours (likely EST or CST) for stakeholder meetings and demos. The role does not appear strongly async - planning sessions, code reviews, and stakeholder demos imply scheduled synchronous touchpoints.

Practical Note: No salary is disclosed, but Zipdev typically pays LATAM-competitive rates for senior roles. Even mid-range compensation goes far in these cities. No equipment stipend or coworking allowance is mentioned - clarify these before accepting.
