Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React + Go)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing team focused on building an AI-powered practice management platform for doctors serving medical tourists. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is passionate about both frontend and backend development and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in crafting robust and scalable product experiences, with a particular focus on frontend architecture using React and TypeScript. You’ll also work closely with backend systems written in Golang, managing integrations with services such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure in GCP and AWS.

You will spend approximately 80% of your time writing high-quality, maintainable code and 20% collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to influence the technical direction of the platform. You will also lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to sprint planning and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Expert in React and TypeScript for building user-friendly interfaces
• Solid backend experience with Golang and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of data modeling, API design, and service orchestration
• Comfortable deploying services in GCP and AWS environments
• Strong performance tuning, accessibility, and usability skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and testing
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
• Experience working in agile environments with fast iteration cycles
• Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Bonus: Experience with Redis, AI/ML APIs, or healthcare applications
