Applaudo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to design and build scalable, cloud-native applications using TypeScript across the stack. You’ll contribute across frontend and backend, with a primary focus on serverless backend services and modern React experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Experience building modern web apps with React.
• RESTful API design using OpenAPI.
• Schema validation with Zod or similar.
• Serverless apps using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
• DynamoDB Single-Table Design understanding.
• Infra as Code with AWS CDK.
• CI/CD pipelines and code quality tooling.
• Unit testing with Vitest.
• Automated testing with Playwright or Postman.
• Experience with TanStack Router/Query, Mantine UI, Zustand.
• Secure coding practices for PII/PCI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving.
• Self-driven, Agile teams.
• Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript across React frontend and Node.js backend services.
• Build cloud-native, serverless applications using AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and AWS CDK.
• Develop modern React user interfaces using established frontend patterns and component libraries.
• Design efficient DynamoDB data models using Single-Table Design and optimized access patterns.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs following OpenAPI specifications and implement schema validation using Zod.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established engineering standards and best practices.
• Create comprehensive unit tests while supporting automated API and end-to-end testing initiatives when needed.
• Participate in code reviews while ensuring high standards for quality, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and continuously improve application reliability.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Take ownership of the solutions you build from implementation through deployment and production support.
