EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and evolve production web systems with ownership across frontend and backend services.

You will design technically, improve reliability, and collaborate across teams to deliver accessible experiences. Responsibilities include implementing UI with TypeScript/React, building Kotlin backend services, defining interfaces with gRPC/protobuf, and modeling data in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-stack production experience.
• Strong TypeScript experience with React.
• Strong JVM backend proficiency with Kotlin or Java.
• Strong API development skills with gRPC + protobuf, plus HTTP and REST.
• Strong database skills with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL, including data modeling.
• Strong AWS experience in containers and CI/CD environments.
• Testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Cross-team ownership and design leadership for technical decisions.
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Design full-stack solutions that ship reliably to production.
• Build TypeScript and React UI features with accessible patterns and solid state management.
• Implement backend services using Kotlin on the JVM.
• Define service interfaces using gRPC/protobuf and REST endpoints.
• Model and optimize data in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL for features.
• Improve performance across browser, latency, and data access paths.
• Ensure quality with tests and clear release criteria.
• Lead technical design discussions and drive cross-team alignment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement pragmatic fixes.
