LaPieza in Mexico is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own major parts of a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will work with React frontend and .NET backend, delivering secure, scalable features on AWS.

The role is in-office four days per week in Tijuana, with mentorship of mid-level engineers and close collaboration with Product and Design to plan and ship high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in React and .NET/C#, with production SaaS experience.
• Experience with multi-tenant data models and AWS infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build end-to-end features across the full stack (React frontend, .NET APIs).
• Architect scalable multi-tenant data models and secure APIs.
• Develop core modules: permit management, audits, document handling, and reporting.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product/Design in Agile ceremonies.
• Resolve production issues with urgency and clear communication.
