Bluelight is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to join our rapidly growing team. You will contribute to high-quality applications and engage with product owners and stakeholders to craft new features for our platform.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values continuous learning, personal growth, and delivering robust solutions. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options within Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as a Full-Stack Software Developer with open source tech.
• Strong Python experience and full-stack development proficiency.
• Experience with back-end performance, data storage models and modern web frameworks.
• Experience creating/maintaining CI tools like Jenkins.
• Refactoring and improving OO code in Agile teams.
• Solid fundamentals in OO design, data structures, algorithms.
• Experience with SaaS products and corporate environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of B2B financial services or asset management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with developers, product owners and stakeholders to craft new features.
• Operate with independence with support from senior technology leaders.
• Take projects from concept through development, debugging, and release.
