Job summary

DaCodes is hiring three Senior Full Stack Engineers to join Agile teams, working directly with client teams daily to lead technical work and mentor others. Expect production issue troubleshooting, architectural input, and hands-on development with PHP 8+, Laravel, Vue.js 3+, MySQL/MariaDB, and modern tooling.

The role supports remote/home-office work; hybrid or on-site arrangements may be discussed from the first session. Strong English and overlap with US Eastern hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong backend: PHP 8+, Laravel, API development, and unit testing.
• Frontend: Vue.js 3+
• Data: MySQL/MariaDB
• Tooling: Git, Docker, Apache/Linux
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
• Proven ability to lead technical work, mentor others, and troubleshoot production issues
• Strong English communication skills, as you will work directly with the team every day
• Good time zone overlap with US Eastern hours

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work and mentor team members in Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with client teams daily to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployments.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure.
