Compass International Holdings in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Frontend Software Engineer (Contractor through Deel) to build and maintain a modern frontend platform for transaction management in real estate.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into responsive web components, write high-quality tests, and own features from conception to deployment. This role emphasizes fast delivery, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience with React.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience with user experience (UX) and web design principles.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain features on a high-quality frontend codebase.
• Independently deliver on complex tasks.
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and write high quality tests.
• Create clear and concise documentation (diagrams, service descriptions, decisions, runbooks).
• Own and operationally improve services and applications in your domain throughout their lifecycle.
• Work closely with designers to translate rough sketches to fully functional, responsive web components.
• Work in a startup-like environment building agile products and services.
