Tereina is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead frontend architecture for the Tereina Portal in Mexico City. You will own the component library, drive the design system, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade interfaces for payments, counterparties, and compliance.

You will mentor engineers on UX best practices, accessibility, and performance, shaping architectural decisions across the portal and its BFF layer.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development and UX engineering.
• Expert proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Expert-level React experience, including hooks, state management, and architecture for data-rich apps.
• Hands-on experience with headless table libraries (TanStack Table) with server-side pagination, sorting, and filtering.
• Proven ability to build responsive, accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1 AA) for enterprise apps.
• Experience with BFF patterns and REST API integration, including OpenAPI-generated clients.
• Knowledge of authentication flows (OAuth2/OIDC, session-based) and security best practices (CSRF, CSP).
• Experience with AI agent frontends — streaming UI, conversation management, and integration with Spring AI, LangChain, or MCP backends.
• Experience with data visualization libraries and building dashboards with charts and analytics.
• Strong system design skills and ability to influence architecture across frontend and API layers.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in English.

Responsabilidades

• Frontend Architecture: Own and evolve the frontend architecture and component library for the Tereina Portal.
• Design System Implementation: Lead design system development using SAP UI5 Web Components and TypeScript.
• BFF Collaboration: Shape API contracts with the Spring Boot BFF layer and optimize data-fetching patterns.
• Performance & Accessibility: Improve performance and ensure WCAG compliance across portal views.
• Search & Data Views: Architect new search framework with server-side pagination, sorting, and filtering.
• Dashboard & Analytics UX: Build interactive dashboards with payment summaries and analytics views.
• Mentorship: Guide mid-level/junior engineers on frontend best practices and coding standards.
