Wonderful Citrus is seeking an experienced FP&A Leader to partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional business teams in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

This role will work directly with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and senior business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, identify opportunities to improve business performance, and support long-term strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related analytic finance roles.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Strong experience developing complex financial models and performing scenario analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems such as Oracle Fusion, Hyperion Essbase, Smart View, or similar.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Must have a valid U.S. visa and be willing to travel to the United States occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key trends.
• Develop executive-level presentations communicating results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and investments.
• Lead cross-functional analyses related to profitability, OpEx, CapEx, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, reporting automation, and financial planning tools.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards for performance management.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data used in planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to improve visibility and performance.
• Support executive leadership with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior FP&A team members.
