Forvis Mazars in Mexico is seeking a Financial Audit Senior to lead planning, execution, and completion of external audits for financial services clients in Mexico City. You will provide technical guidance and collaborate with regulated entities under CNBV, CNSF, and Banco de México guidelines.

You will supervise teams, ensure audit quality, and communicate findings to clients while developing specialised expertise in the industry.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting.
• 3–5 years of external audit experience.
• Experience with CNBV, CNSF or Banco de México is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISA, IFRS, and Mexican Financial Reporting Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of external financial statement audits for financial services clients.
• Ensure audits comply with ISA, NIF/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and review team work and client deliverables.
• Prepare working papers, reports, and management letters.
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations.
