Johnson & Johnson in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the commercial organization, delivering timely analysis and insights to support business decisions and disciplined execution.

The role contributes to planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, monitors key financial drivers, identifies risks and opportunities, and collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into action.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, controlling, accounting, or commercial finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint; English proficiency required.
• Experience/awareness of AI concepts and responsible AI practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial analysis, explanations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare inputs for plans, forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop variance, scenario, profitability, and trend analyses.
• Maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools with quality data.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and governance.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous-improvement projects.
