Jobtailor in Mexico's Jalisco region is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join the finance team and support capital strategies, budgeting, and reporting.

You will gather data, analyze trends, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with GAAP while providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or economics required.
• Advanced degree or accounting certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Partners with the business to ensure capital strategies are supported and focused.
• Gathers financial data and performs analyses and reporting.
• Drives forecasting by analyzing trends.

• Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting
• Drives the forecasting process by analyzing trends
• Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Requirements

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
• Advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred
• Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• Knowledge and skills in accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical skills
• Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
