Job summary

CHEP Mexico is seeking a Finance Business Partner, Senior Analyst to join our team and drive financial performance through forecasting, analysis, and strategic business partnering. In this role you will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and senior leadership to lead monthly forecasts, budgeting, and reporting, while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, 3–5+ years FP&A experience, strong English, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related areas.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Power BI reporting tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making across the Mexico business.
Drive monthly forecasts, quarterly estimates, and the annual budgeting process.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Identify productivity opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize costs, expenses, and investment processes.
Support CAPEX, working capital, cash flow, and financial performance management.
Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting while helping mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, and regional FP&A teams to ensure strong financial governance and business support.
