Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a high-impact Finance Professional to evaluate investment programs and influence senior leadership decisions. You will build frameworks linking seller growth and promotions to revenue and margins, and craft ROI models with clear success metrics.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive disciplined capital allocation across a multi-million dollar portfolio and influence strategy with rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Build investment evaluation frameworks connecting business actions to financial outcomes.
• Develop ROI models with clear thresholds, metrics, and kill criteria.
• Run a regular investment governance cadence and deliver sharp recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with business, operations, and marketing to align assumptions and targets.
• Identify what's not working and advocate reallocations or shutdowns to maintain portfolio discipline.
