Jabil seeks a Sr. FA Engineer to serve as the corporate FA team's subject matter expert for global Failure Analysis support. You will lead investigations, coordinate lab activities, and contribute to standardized processes across regions.

The role involves conducting a range of FA tests and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing across Jabil GOS.

Formación

• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate about technical materials.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulators, or business teams.
• Ability to present information to top management or boards.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with data analysis.
• Mathematical concepts and numerical techniques knowledge.
• Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Failure Analysis projects across global teams.
• Plan, organize, and monitor FA projects with work statements and budgets.
• Train lab technicians on test methods and data gathering.
• Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance on analytical technology trends to leadership.
• Create and maintain FA global procedures and records.
