Job summary

You will work with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Medical Services to drive continuous improvement, conduct ergonomic assessments using tools like NIOSH, RULA, and REBA, and maintain records of activities and results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ergonomics, Occupational Safety, and ELSSA programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments using RULA, ROSA, REBA, EJA, NIOSH, and other tools to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses, and illnesses, including follow-up of corrective actions.
• Support Fitness for Duty, Alternative Duty, and Return-to-Work processes with Medical Services and HR.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, training activities, and promote a strong prevention culture.
• Monitor EHS performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Medical Services on risk reduction.
