Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams in a managerial role.
• Strong background in mechanical design, product development, and structural analysis.
• Experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Manage projects across the product lifecycle to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Provide technical leadership on mechanical design and structural challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management for successful execution.
• Drive DFMA initiatives and continuous improvement across programs.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching and talent development.
