Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, seeks an electro-mechanical maintenance professional in Mexico. You will troubleshoot, dismantle and rebuild equipment, calibrate systems and perform preventive maintenance to support production lines.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of relevant experience, an associate degree in electronics, and solid English communication skills to interact with global teams. The role emphasizes safety and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• Must read, write and communicate in English to coordinate with teams.
• Broad troubleshooting capability with electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with basic and specialized hand tools, leveling instruments and test/calibration gear.
• Able to troubleshoot failures detectable at IO level and read schematics/blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety practices and maintenance tracking programs.

Responsabilidades

• Applies substantial understanding of the job to complete a wide range of tasks with minimal instruction.
• Troubleshoot to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per layout plans, manuals or schematics.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and calibrate equipment.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• May train employees in machinery operation and maintain backup information for critical software systems.
