Job summary

ERM México is seeking an EHS Auditing Senior Consultant to lead and execute complex Environmental, Health & Safety audits for national and international clients across diverse sectors. You will act as a technical advisor, manage project delivery, and drive improvements in EHS performance and sustainability.

The role blends fieldwork with reporting, client engagement, and team mentorship, guiding junior auditors and collaborating with ERM offices to expand our auditing and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6-8 years of EHS audit experience in industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to lead audit projects and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute EHS audits for diverse clients.
• Assess compliance with regulations and corporate standards.
• Plan, conduct, and document site audits and interviews.
• Develop audit reports, risk evaluations, and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and budget.
• Mentor junior auditors and support business development.
