Novartis in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Director, Value Realization to lead transformation programs and translate strategy into measurable value. You will drive accountability by defining baselines, KPIs, and realization plans while partnering with Engine Leads, Finance, and executives to validate outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in transformation or related fields, strong financial acumen, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Healthcare, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting, finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience building business cases and measuring financial and non-financial benefits.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead value realization activities for transformation programs from business case development to benefit validation.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable financial and non-financial value cases.
• Define baselines, ownership models, assumptions, KPIs, and realization plans.
• Monitor forecasted, committed, delivered, validated, and sustained value.
• Identify value leakage and risks; recommend corrective actions.
• Support governance reviews with evidence-based insights and reporting.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate outcomes and ensure sustainability.
• Strengthen enterprise value realization capabilities with standardized methodologies.
