Coca-Cola HBC seeks a Senior Director of Operations Transformation to design, start up, stabilize and institutionalize a next-generation manufacturing operation at the Tlaxcala CPS facility in Mexico.

You will embed CPS discipline, Industry 5.0, and AI capabilities, guiding the site from inception to steady-state, with a focus on safety, quality, service, cost and ramp-up speed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of senior manufacturing leadership experience including greenfield/brownfield start-ups.
• Proven track record in operations transformation and sustained performance improvement.
• Deep expertise in CPS/TPM and modern manufacturing systems.

## Senior Director, Operations TransformationApply: Mexico - Tlaxcala: Full time: Posted Today: R-141953**Job Description Summary:**The Senior Director, Operations Transformation is accountable for **designing, starting up, stabilizing and institutionalizing a next‐generation manufacturing operation** through the greenfield start‐up of Coca‐Cola’s Tlaxcala, Mexico CPS facility.This role serves as the **operations architect** for the site embedding CPS discipline, Industry 5.0, digital and AI capabilities, and high‐performance culture into the factory from inception through steady‐state operations. As a core member of the leadership team, the role ensures the facility launches **on time, per standards, and at top‐quartile performance**, while establishing a scalable model for the broader network.**What You’ll Do for Us****Set the Operations Transformation Agenda*** Define and own the **long‐term operational vision and performance ambition** for the new site at Tlaxcala, aligned with Supply Chain strategy and business growth plans.* Benchmark against internal and external leaders to position the site as a **system benchmark for manufacturing excellence**.**Embed Excellence into Design & Execution*** Act as the **single point of accountability for operational readiness**, influencing capex, design, and technology decisions from the earliest project phases.
